Version 0.25 Level You UP!

Now EXP and level up is available! increase your basic Stats like: bullet damage, shooting speed ,Etc.

I spend a little too much time on fixing multi-leveling issue but it’s mostly fixed, it works like 99% of the time so in the future after defeating a boss or Elite enemy You Can level up multiple times and be multiple times stronger. I think that’s cool
